SearchKey Health was founded in 2022 with a clear purpose: to bring genuine partnership and financial discipline to the challenge of the healthcare workforce. Since then, we have worked alongside health systems to reduce the staffing and operational pressures that affect patient care, staff stability, and financial performance.
The work has produced results we are proud of. But what matters most to us is simple: healthcare leaders have trusted us to stay in it with them, and we have.

The People Behind SearchKey Health
SearchKey Health was built by two people who believe that partnership is demonstrated through presence, not positioning. Our founders bring complementary expertise in finance, operations, and talent acquisition, and both remain directly involved in every client relationship.
Bram led in Finance and Talent Acquisition before co-founding SearchKey Health in 2022. His career spanned venture-backed technology companies in New York and Los Angeles, followed by four years leading Finance and Talent Acquisition for a top-50 Health System. Through that work, he developed a deep understanding of how organizational culture drives sustainable, high-performing teams. As a CPA, Bram brings financial rigor and data-driven decision-making to every SearchKey engagement.
Scottie brings 15 years of experience in Corporate Strategy, Operations, and Talent Development across lower to middle-market privately held companies and Fortune 500 corporations in London, New York, and Atlanta. His work has centered on driving operational excellence through strategic ops, M&A, project implementation, and organization transformation. At SearchKey Health, Scottie leads the operational side of service delivery with the same care for process and people that has defined his career.
